FOR MEN AND WOMEN

Have you ever dreamed of herding cattle or roping steer alongside a real cowboy or cowgirl? Join fellow survivors on a real working Dude Ranch to celebrate your heroes as you push through boundaries and overcome challenges together.

This retreat is open to spouses and relationship partners, parents, siblings and adult children who have lost a loved one who served in the military. This retreat is open to both men and women.

ADVENTURE LEVEL

This retreat is rated as a challenging adventure. These are our most physically demanding retreats. Activities will challenge you and may involve heavy physical exertion and demanding environments.

This retreat will take place on a real working ranch, and group activities are designed to support the work of the ranch. No experience is necessary, and you will be trained by experienced professional cowboys, cowgirls, and ranch staff, however you should expect to work hard and get dirty. Activities may include riding and caring for horses, cattle driving, roping, handling and branding, and more. There will also be plenty of time for relaxation and connection with your fellow survivors.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Thanks to the generosity of our donors and sponsors, TAPS will provide lodging, most meals and all activity costs. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide transportation to and from retreats.

Accommodations:  Lodging will be provided for all participants. You will share a cabin with another survivor.
