The Colorado Honor Corps, led by Bo and Lynne Cottrell, fundraises for TAPS to help support Colorado's families of our fallen heroes. One great event they have produced for the past three years is the Gary Morris Celebrity Invitational Golf Tournament. The June 2008, two-day event, including celebrity entertainment, raised over $325,000 for TAPS to aid families and friends left behind by those who served in uniform and made the ultimate sacrifice by fighting for the freedom of our county.

Ben Stein is a lawyer, writer, actor, economist. Both Ben Stein and Alexandra Demman are long-time TAPS advocates and supporters. Ben Stein has written seven novels and nine nonfiction books. His nonfiction books are about finance, ethical and social issue in finance, and politics. His most recent book is the best selling humor self help book, How To Ruin Your Life. He has also been a regular columnist for Los Angeles Magazine, New York Magazine, E! Online, and writes a diary for The American Spectator for the last ten years. He is also a well known actor in movies, TV, and commercials. He is best known for his role as the teacher in Ferris Bueller's Day Off. He was also the host of the Comedy Central quiz show, "Win Ben Stein's Money." He also appears regularly on the Fox News Channel talking about finance.
