Seminar Lodging
All events and workshops for adults for the 2016 seminar take place in (or depart from) the fabulous Crystal Gateway Marriott on Jefferson Davis Highway in Arlington, VA. Some children's activities take place at the Crystal City Marriott, which is located adjacent to the Crystal Gateway and is connected via an underground walkway.
Special room rates of $139/night are available to TAPS attendees for the duration of the seminar at the Crystal Gateway and the Crystal City Marriott. Last day to book at the TAPS special rate is April 26.
Both hotels offer complimentary airport shuttle service to Ronald Reagan National Airport. (Flights into Dulles or BWI require transportation by taxi or SuperShuttle with fares ranging from $45 to $70.)
Both Marriotts also offer an on-site restaurant in addition to a fitness center, indoor pool, and access to the Crystal City Shops and eateries. Room amenities include TV, telephone, clock radio, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and coffeemaker/tea service.

If you're arriving via train from the North, get off at Union Station and you can take the metro system to the Crystal City stop (directly under the hotel).
If you're arriving via train from the South, get off at the King Street Station, and you can take the metro directly to the Crystal City stop as well!
