FOR PARENTS
Experience the beauty and serenity of Alaska as we connect with other surviving parents, create lifelong friendships and celebrate our heroes as we help each other move forward in our journey.
ADVENTURE LEVEL
This retreat is rated as an intermediate intensity adventure. Activities will involve moderate physical activity and will challenge you, but do not include extreme adventures. You should expect to participate in some form of physical activity daily, including hiking/walking. Additionally, all participants will take part in the Anchorage Runfest as part of Team TAPS. We will run or walk a 5K or Half Marathon in honor of our heroes.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Thanks to the generosity of our donors and sponsors, TAPS will provide lodging, most meals and all activity costs. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide transportation to and from retreats.
