FOR PARENTS, SIGNIFICANT OTHERS, SIBLINGS, AND ADULT CHILDREN
Connect with others who have lost a loved one who served in the military. We will create lifelong friendships, celebrate our loved ones, and learn how the British honor their heroes at this unique event in London, England. In partnership with the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association (SSAFA), Bereaved Family Support Group (BFSG), RAF Widows' Association, and War Widows Association, we will share and connect with British survivors as we experience a variety of events during Remembrance Weekend, and enjoy sightseeing in and around London.
ADVENTURE LEVEL
This event is rated as a challenging adventure due to the amount of walking involved. While no extreme adventures are planned, activities will involve moderate physical activity and include sightseeing in and around London. Participants should expect to walk up to several miles per day.

Who should attend? Due to the unique nature of this event, the TAPS United Kingdom All Populations Gathering is intended for those survivors whose loss occurred more than two years ago. If you are within the first two years following your loss, we encourage you to attend a traditional TAPS Retreat, TAPS Regional Survivor Seminar and Good Grief Camp and/or the National Military Survivor Seminar or National Military Suicide Survivor Seminar.
TAPS Regional Seminars feature activities, workshops, small group discussions, memorial celebrations, and special events. A unique "track" system will ensure that whether you are a few weeks, several months, or many years out from your loss, the seminar will meet you where you are in your grief journey.
Throughout your journey, your TAPS Family is available with additional programs and resources such as Care Groups, Peer Mentors, an online community, casework and benefits assistance, special events, local resource referrals and much more.
