TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM TRADEWINDS RESORT
TAPS is pleased to provide complimentary transportation to and from the Tampa International Airport for survivors attending the Seminar.
Transportation will be provided via coach buses from the airport on Friday, Sept. 30, from 10 a.m. through 8 p.m. to the TradeWinds Resort as well as back to the airport on Monday, Oct. 3, from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please arrange your flight arrivals/departures within this busing schedule if you would like to take advantage of the transportation provided by TAPS.
If you apply for and are approved to attend the Peer Mentor training being held on Friday, Sept. 30, please let us know if you will need airport transportation on Thursday, Sept. 29, and connect with Peer Mentor staff prior to booking your travel.
BUS SCHEDULE
Friday, Sept. 30
Buses will leave the Tampa International Airport to the TradeWinds Resort between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Monday, Oct. 3
Buses will leave the TradeWinds Resort to the Tampa International Airport between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Important: Air travel can be very unpredictable. TAPS is only able to provide free transportation to/from the resort at the above stated times via coach bus from the Tampa International Airport. If for any reason (missed, delayed, cancelled or changed flight) you do not arrive into Tampa International Airport in time to take a TAPS-provided shuttle to the resort, please be prepared to personally arrange other transportation to the resort if necessary.
