The Happy Yogi Cooperative: 108 Sun Salutations

Join the Happy Yogi Cooperative teachers Dave and Monya Cohen, Sarah Fishman (and others, TBA) for a Veteran's Day weekend practice of 108 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskars) at the Manor Woods Swim Club in Rockville, Maryland. 100% of the proceeds from your donation will go to benefit TAPS.

The workshop will flow as follows:

• 4 sets of 27 Surya Namaskar, each led by different teachers
• Guided stretching breaks between each set of 27
• Guided meditation during Savasana
