Sometimes movement starts feeling like it's about fitness and not about fun - or we haven’t quite figured out how to have fun out “doing things.” Why did Einstein like to bicycle? Why do some great artists need to walk? How do we change when we join bowling leagues and church softball leagues? What on earth is pickle ball and can it help us enjoy our lives more?Join us as we reimagine the world of recreation and start to think about the ways it changes our brains and our mindsets. Bring stories of your own experiences and your openness to new ones as we explore ways that we can move away from being stuck and start experiencing the world around us in new ways.

This webinar is presented by the TAPS Institute for Hope and Healing®.
