TAPS Togethers: Common Ground at Paradise Stables, Mount Airy
This event is open to military adult survivors.
TAPS adult survivors are invited to register to experience the powerful connection between horses and humans to teach, learn, grow, and heal. Common Ground envisions a world where the healing connection between horses and humans is available to everyone, and all participants can learn how to problem solve and move forward in their own lives.

Location: Mount Airy, Maryland 21771
Registration is required: This event requires registration and a $10 deposit with Common Ground. The $10 deposit must be paid in order to be considered registered for the event. If you attend the event on January 25, 2025, your deposit, minus the 25 cent serivce fee, can be refunded to you. Further instructions on payment will be sent in your confirmation email.
Upon Arrival: You will be greeted by your host. Additionally, you will be provided with waivers that need to be signed for both you and your family.
Time: Please arrive by 9:15 a.m. to get settled before program begins at 9:30 a.m.
Attire: We recommend wearing tennis shoes or boots, due to the possibility of muddy conditions. We also welcome you to wear your TAPS attire and/or a photo button of your loved one if you have them.
What to Bring: Please bring a bagged lunch and a water bottle.
Fee: A $10 person refundable deposit minus the 25 cent service fee can be refunded. The deposit will be returned to survivors that attend this event.
