Seminar Fees, Lodging, and Transportation
Fees
The TAPS National Military Suicide Survivor Seminar and Good Grief Camp is offered to those grieving the suicide loss of a loved one who served in our nation's Armed Forces at minimal costs to survivors.
Adult Registration Fee: $28 per adult
This fee includes materials, workshops, meals, a TAPS T-shirt, special events and transportation to our off-site activities.
Good Grief Camp Fee: $28 per child
This fee includes materials, meals, two TAPS T-shirts, a TAPS backpack, special events and transportation to our off-site activities. In addition, the $28 fee covers child care services for our youngest survivors during the weekend event.
Lodging
Events and workshops will take place at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center in Grapevine (Dallas), Texas.
Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center Room Rate: $137 plus taxes per night

Transportation
The Hilton, approximately 10 minutes' drive from DFW airport, will provide transportation for this event TO/FROM the airport via their complimentary airport shuttle. This shuttle will run continuously during busy arrival/departure hours, and is on-call 24/7 during less busy hours.
