Online Groups: Count on Connection
You may recognize these as “chats,” “sharing groups,” or “virtual care groups” - regardless, as soon as you log on to these recurring sessions, we’re certain you’ll recognize the feeling of connection, support, and community. Online groups are peer-led, facilitated sessions where there’s never pressure to share, but always an opportunity. Whether you attend once or regularly, you will always be welcomed. We value the importance of knowing that there are “places” we can show up and feel supported and inspired, and you can decide to connect with us every week or whenever it’s convenient or compelling.
Information about how individual sessions are structured, and how we live out our commitment to providing the best possible experience for each other, is outlined in our Community Guidelines. We request you register at least 24 hours before you attend your first session so that we can ensure the integrity of the group and answer any questions you may have. Sign up is required only once per group.

Online groups bring survivors together that have gone through a similar experience. Future groups are only possible through the volunteerism of our trained Peer Mentors. Please let us know if you are interested in hosting a regular online group by emailing online@taps.org.
