The TAPS Young Adults Program is for all 18 to 30-year-old military survivors. Whether you are a graduate of our Good Grief Camp or new to our TAPS family, we are here to help you connect with your peers as you take a journey of self-exploration through 5 Pillars of Growth and Healing.
Learn to live authentically in your own mind, body and spirit. Create and maintain your life plan for mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
Take steps to define and gain your work identity. Accelerate your career growth by exploring educational and occupational opportunities.
Gain confidence in your ability to interact in all relationships. Hone your communication skills to communicate in any personal & professional setting.

The 5 Pillars was built on a foundation of asking young adults 'what do you need?' and 'how can we help?' You too, can 'Just Ask' for answers to questions about death, loss, grief and life.

Young Adults Online Sessions »
Come join other 18-30-year-old surviving children and siblings in our online Care Group and Social Hour sessions. Online Workshops are also offered from time to time. It is a safe place where we can connect, learn how others are coping and strengthen bonds with peers across the country.
Actively Moving Forward® (AMF) App »
Connect, be heard, and feel understood using this new social network. Get access to supportive services, such as book clubs and workshops designed to expand one's perspective on grief and loss, learning and reading materials, and educational videos to help normalize the feelings associated with a death loss.
Young Adults Experiences & Workshops »
A Young Adults Experience is a multiple day/night immersion project that will include a community service project, a high-intensity outdoor adventure and a corporate day spent exploring career options. Workhops at Survivor Seminars address the processes of stabilization, grief work and post-traumatic growth.
