Saturday Morning Message: On Memorial Day and Everyday, TAPS Is Here For You
Author: TAPS
Good Morning TAPS Family,
Our vision to grow and share within our survivor community continues to flow with the outpouring of love and care from you! We appreciate all of the dedication and direct responses to our Saturday Morning Message, created by Carol Lane. We are preparing a newly formatted Saturday offering for you that we hope to release in June and are excited to continue offering a gentle touchpoint for you each Saturday morning.
As we sharpen our focus on the TAPS National Military Survivor Seminar and Good Grief Camp in person and virtual events, we will not have a Saturday message next week. We welcome your participation and hope you are able to join the event with us virtually if you have not registered to attend in person! Together, we are stronger and we continue to grow in our grief journey, giving rise to honoring our heroes now serving and those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms we enjoy. Whether you will honor your loved one locally or with us in D.C., know we are here for you.
Big Hugs,
From Your Online Community Team
Response To Last Week’s Question:
As our Nation recognizes the sacrifice of America’s military fallen service members and their families over Memorial Day Weekend, how will you honor your loved one this year?
Anne, Mom of Michael: Honoring my son Lt. Col. Michael L. Murphy, USMC! I honor him everyday but on Memorial Day in my town I put together a program every year to honor not only my son but other brave military warriors!
