TAPS Togethers: Ice Skating & Crafts at Roc Holiday Village, Rochester

Join other TAPS families for a fun afternoon at Roc Holiday Village. The downtown Rochester festival features free ice skating and skate rentals, a unique Shopping Village, free visits and pictures with Santa, fire pits with outdoor seating, indoor and outdoor bars, hand-crafted goods, Cozy Winter Igloos, free crafts for kids, food trucks, a variety of holiday celebrations, live music, private events, nightlife and more

Location: Rochester, New York 14607

Parking: Roc Holiday Village does not operate any parking but there are many surface lots and ramp parking garages conveniently located near the festival. Parking costs vary.

Meet-up Time: 1:00 p.m.

Upon Arrival: You will meet up with other TAPS families in front of the ice skating rental shack by 1 p.m. and plan your fun afternoon together from there.

Attire: Casual attire. We encourage you to wear any TAPS attire you may have and/or a photo button of your loved one as this will allow you to more easily locate one another at the event. Please bring any cold weather gear that you feel may be needed for the afternoon.

What to Bring: An open heart and fun spirit! You may pack snacks/meals if you do not want to purchase from any onsite vendors.

Admission: Admission to ice skating, including rentals, is free. Rentals are limited, so they encourage you to bring your own skates, if you have them. Crafts are also free for kids to enjoy. Any parking, food or goods purchased will be your responsibility.
