Surviving Spouse Rebecca Harrison Mullaney presents TAPS Statement for the Record on issues of importance to the 120,000-plus surviving family members of all ages, representing all services, and with losses from all causes who TAPS is honored to serve at the March 13, 2024 Legislative Hearing before the Committees On Veterans' Affairs United States Senate and House of Representatives Joint House and Senate Veterans Service Organization. At the heart of Rebecca's presentation is passing comprehensive legislation will allow surviving spouses to retain their benefits following remarriage before the age of 55.
